This article documents the Transformation costs page and breakdown how you can add additional costs to your transformation planning.

Overview

This page breaks down your costs for your transformation, this can be broken down in the bar chart, by years. Or via the table broken down by month / applications. This give the user a greater understanding of the costs they will incur during a transformation of their estate.
Export Costs
You can export all the cost values seen within this page out as an Excel file, by selecting the ‘Export’ option towards the top left of the page. The export will look similar to the following.
Add costs
As there might be the capability of additional costs that are not accounted for within the platform, we allow users to add costs to their transformation, to help better align to real cost output. These additional costs can be added via the ‘Add Costs' button, a pop-up appears allowing the end user to add a name for the cost.
Once you have added the name for cost, you must locate this cost in the table towards the bottom of the page. You can then click into each monthly field and enter a value against it.
Delete costs
If you want to delete any custom costs added you can do so by selecting the ‘Trash’ icon next to the row. This will present a pop-up allowing you confirm the deletion.
